will be responsible for any custom and duty taxes that may apply. If you do NOT
accept these charges, your order will NOT be released for delivery. REQUIREMENTS Phone Orders: ALL INTERNATIONAL
orders should first be pre-approved by phone or email, call 1-623-930-9949. If you placed an order online
without contacting us first,
it will not be fully processed. All online orders only add the U.S. domestic shipping
cost, NOT the full International rates. Orders placed online will be sent a
money request via email for the International shipping cost difference. Once
these charges are paid, your order will then be processed starting from that
date. Phone Number: USPS requires a phone number for the shipping address you are having an order delivered to. (Any orders without a phone number will delay shipping). Signature: ALL deliveries will require a signature and will not be left at your front door without proof of delivery. If you are shipping to a residence, please make sure someone will be there to sign for your order. If not, we strongly advise that you have your order delivered to your certified/verified work address, where it can be signed for and released. We do not ship to a P.O. Box (unless PayPal confirmed), must be an actual street address. Tracking: We suggest that you call or e-mail us for your tracking information. ALL orders will receive a USPS tracking number. Due to e-mail spam, we will no longer automatically send an unsolicited tracking number through e-mail unless requested. IMPORTANT Many products' warranties do not provide coverage outside the US, and some products may not be exported under any circumstances due to manufacturers' restrictions or US law.
