International
Shipping is FREE!
In order to receive free International shipping, your order MUST be shipped to an
overseas military
base. A regular US shipping and handling fee will still be charged, however, the
additional International rates will be paid for by us.
FREE military shipping is for standard service ONLY, and does not include
Priority or Express service.
To upgrade your order to Priority shipping or our Express service, you must
speak with a sales representative by phone. Please call 1-623-930-9949 for more
information before placing an order.
Any order that does not have a Military APO / FPO address for delivery, and is being
shipped to a residence or business, normal shipping charges would apply.
Insurance: Included
REQUIREMENTS
Address: Please make sure you include
your full military address along with your military rank and any contact
personnel name.

Phone Number: The U.S. Postal Service requires a phone number for the
shipping address you submit. Please submit a phone number with your online
order. (Any orders without a phone number will delay shipping).
Signature: ALL deliveries will require a signature and will not be left
at a front door without a proof of delivery. If you are shipping to a residence,
please make sure someone will be there to sign. If not, we strongly advise that
you have your order delivered to your base address where it can be signed for
and released.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTY TAXES
(1) You will be responsible for any
and all customs and duty taxes that may apply, If you do NOT accept these
charges, your order will NOT be released for delivery.
(2) All International orders are insured for the cost of the order only .
We cannot lower the value or ship your order as a gift. No exceptions.
(3) All International orders are delivered within 5-10 business
days pending your location. (Fabrication time is not included).
Tracking: We suggest that you call for your tracking information. ALL
orders will receive a USPS tracking number. Due to e-mail spam, we will no longer
send an unsolicited tracking number through e-mail unless requested.
IMPORTANT
Many products' warranties do not provide
coverage outside the US, and some products may not be exported under any
circumstances due to manufacturers' restrictions or US law. RJTaylor Enterprises
makes no representations regarding availability, warranty coverage, compatibility, or
serviceability for products that are used outside the US.
