When I saw the Pirate Sword in the promotional video, I knew I had to have it
just to learn that one balloon design. Personally, I figured I'd pay some clown
(no pun intended) $10 - $15 just to spend their time teaching me that privately.
The Snake design shown in the video also tickled my fancy. Shortly after receiving this DVD, my

Optional - Retractable Reel Clip Razor Blade Balloon Cutter: Professional Balloon Artists generally carry around a pair of scissors to cut off a balloon's fill nozzle, or, dangly bits of latex from exposed secondary ties on some of their sculptures. Personally, I dislike the idea of using scissors because of the awkwardness of handling them, and the potential hazards associated with impaling myself or others accidentally. Even child-proof safety scissors are rather small, dull, and more clumsy to use, but are much better than carrying real scissors everywhere.
