Answering questions, or fixing problems, no task is too small. From software and hardware installations, to PC tune-ups and spyware or virus removal. This personalized service will be geared to the client's needs, regardless of their computer experience, if any. My rate is $25 an hour with a 2-hour minimum per in-home visit, no long-term obligations or contracts. Telephone support is broken down into quarter hour fees. This service can be invaluable to a new PC users (newbie) who does not have a competent support network of family or friends that can readily assist them if a problem or question arises.
